Returns Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
- All items must be in perfect, unused condition, with original packaging intact
- Items showing any signs of wear, use, or damage will not be accepted
Non-Returnable Items
- Personalised or made-to-order items cannot be returned or refunded
- Any item returned in a damaged or used condition will be refused
Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order details
- Once approved, you will be provided with return instructions
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty
Faulty or Incorrect Items
- If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed once the item has been received and inspected
- Please allow up to 14 working days for the refund to appear in your account
Additional Notes
- We recommend using a tracked delivery service when returning items, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit
- The Lords Club reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above conditions
