Returns Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
• All items must be in perfect, unused condition, with original packaging intact
• Items showing any signs of wear, use, or damage will not be accepted

Non-Returnable Items

• Personalised or made-to-order items cannot be returned or refunded
• Any item returned in a damaged or used condition will be refused

Return Process

• To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order details
• Once approved, you will be provided with return instructions
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty

Faulty or Incorrect Items

• If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed once the item has been received and inspected
• Please allow up to 14 working days for the refund to appear in your account

Additional Notes

• We recommend using a tracked delivery service when returning items, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit
