We just want to let you know that we're here for you, taking care to get orders to you safely and to keep you up to date on the changes we've made during this time.
DELIVERY & RETURNS
- We are working closely with our delivery partners to ensure all deliveries arrive safely.
- Delivery times have been longer on made to order items, the reason for this is both our supplier and our warehouse have fewer staff to ensure social distancing therefore causing slightly longer manufacturing times. We're working around the clock to dispatch all orders even with the backlogs caused by COVID.
- You can still return items, we have extended return times from 14 days to 30 days.
- Most of our team are working from home.
- Our warehouse team are working with social distancing and regular work station cleaning.
- Our current customer service response time is 1-2 working days, we are working on getting this even lower.
- Due to staff working from home and working with a small team, response times can vary depending on volume of enquiries.
- Please use our only customer service email email@example.com, social media teams can not complete the same tasks that customer service can and they also receive very high volumes of enquiries meaning it becomes difficult to track your messages through the social platforms.
UPDATE AS OF 27.09.21
We are still working under the above conditions, slowly but surly lowering delivery/manufacturing times as much as possible.
We currently have a box supply issue so orders may be sent in a dust bag alone.
There are also delivery delays at the moment, please expect a longer shipping time.
